28 Aug 09 Do you have to wear the clothes of the store you work at at work?
i have an interview for H&M this week and was wondering that if i get the job, are they going to expect me to wear their clothes at work? i dont have a problem about this if they do, but what if i wanted to wear something of my own..? i know i should ask the woman who interviews me, but i just want to know about this stuff before i look stupid asking her it.. haha. by the way this is my first job at a clothing store, if i get the job.

28 Aug 09 Is it possible to write for a newspaper at age 13?
Okay, so I’m 13 and I need some money. I want to be able to provide for myself, so my parents wont have to. Clothes; activity fees…etc. Is it possible to get a job at the local newspaper doing reviews, or something? I’ve been looking all night. I love to write, and I’ve already taken a class for newspaper articles.

-Where should i put all my art works? All my drawings are pretty small actually….and 1 big one.

27 Aug 09 Where can I buy cheap trendy wholesale-priced (or below) street clothing online?
I came across trendyoutfitter on a blog and found je551. I absolutely LOVE the clothes on je551, however the reviews were awful! I buy a lot (A LOT) of apparel in New York City and want to find great street clothes with a Forever 21 quality. Quality doesn’t even have to be so great because I don’t like wearing things more than a few times. I don’t want a wholesale amount, just price. Any suggestions?

27 Aug 09 What can I do to stay active, have fun, and not laze around on beautiful summer days?
I just graduated high school and I’m loaded with plans for my future. But in between the book I’m writing, the biology and chemistry courses I’m reviewing, and the novels and personal finance books I’m reading, I feel like I’m going to be that triple chinned kid dressed in Victorian clothes with lots of brain power, but no life.
I would happily join clubs, but my town is very small and doesn’t offer things like that.

27 Aug 09 Where do clothing store owners get their clothes from?
I’ve noticed a lot of young people my age (early twenties) opening their own clothing stores. I was thinking about doing the same. But where do they get their clothes from? I’m planning on marketing to teens and people in their twenties. Selling things like the store Gadzooks sold. But have no clue as to where to get the clothing from.

25 Aug 09 How come only women’s clothes have fastenings at the back?
No male clothes — except a few specialized garments like some wetsuits — have back fastenings.
But lots of women’s clothes do: skirts, dresses, swimsuits, bra’s. I even have pants that zip at the back and a shirt that buttons in back.
Why this difference?
Why put fastenings at the back at all, since that makes them much more awkward to reach?
And if women have to deal with back fastenings, why not men?
P.S. This isn’t a complaint — just curiosity about how the current situation arose.

25 Aug 09 Space Bags – which are better & are they worth it?
I am looking into buying space bags to condense things such as Comforters, coats & clothes.
I’ve been hearing some reviews that space bags in general are not that great, but then see a couple of them which like them.
So I’m wondering…..
which brand of bags are best? or from what store/website?
Also, does it matter what kind of vacuum you have??
