08 Aug 09 Do Huggies overnight diapers work well for girls?

My 8-month old’s diaper has been leaking every night lately and she wakes up with her clothes and sheet all wet. I’m using regular size 4 diaper for her and it seems to work fine during the day. I’m considering getting Huggies Overnite for the night time. I’ve read lots of good reviews but most say they work well for boys because of extra padding at front. Has any of you used is successfully for girls (she leaks mostly at the back top)? Also which size should I buy – same as the size of her regular diaper or one size up?
