I have my first appointment with a dermatologist tomorrow to have a recurring stress rash looked at, as well as to have a general skin review (I am very pale so thought it was about time to set up annual checks).

As I have never been to a dermatologist before I’m unsure of what to expect. I am very self-conscious and am concerned about the prospect of having to remove my clothing for a skin review – can anyone tell me if this will be the case?
