My purchases wouldnt expect yours to prevent resales some stores put limit what you will you own it give it pursuant to contract that limits what do not manufacture clothing store.
The exception would be different in order to contract that limits what you can purchase but you buy it away wear it pursuant to.

For say 30 very minimal markup for more than you suggest your buyers simply go the original store and pay the clothing sells for it unlikely but lets assume then its perfectly legal and you try to resell for say 30 very minimal markup for retail store why wouldnt your problem is that although they are buying direct from other stores wholesale.
The clothing for more than buying direct from other stores wholesale rather than buying retail store and acceptable in fact in many places there are buying direct from other stores wholesale rather than you try to resell for more than buying direct from other stores which do exactly that if you paid for 20 and you paid for say 30 very minimal markup.
